TDS-AE Process

Each project is assigned a project lead.   A data collection process is performed to establish goals and criteria to base the design on.  Using Cad drafting technology visual images and exhibits are generated to convey ideas and designs that involve the client in the decision-making process.  The principals are involved in every stage of the project to guide the project and provide oversight.   

Architecture and engineering documents go through an in-house quality control review for completeness, constructability and interdisciplinary coordination.    

TDS-AE works closely with agencies to secure entitlement and permit approval.  Meetings are held with agency representatives to establish project criteria and review assumptions.

Sustainability is considered for every project, this includes material selection, building envelope design, air conditioning systems, renewable energy, water conservation and lighting.
