Midtown Spectrum & Anytime Fitness

The Victorville Midtown Spectrum is a Mixed-Use designed as a four-building complex consisting of a 2-story office shell building, one story retail shell buildings and two food service buildings with an outdoor dining patio.  DKY Architects has designed numerous tenant improvement projects in both buildings, the latest being the office build-out for the regional Water Resources Control Board.  The architecture is a mix of forms and materials to create a unique statement.   The two fast food buildings were not constructed.
