La Mirada Holiday Inn

DKY worked with Studio M interior designers on the two-phase remodel and upgrade of the Holiday Inn in La Mirada. The first phase renovated guest rooms and guest room corridors. The second phase reworked the public areas of the hotel; lobby, reception, grab n go, lobby space, ballrooms, meeting rooms, public and employee bathrooms.  Phase II also converted an existing gift shop into a new lobby café.

Existing accessible guestrooms and additional accessible and hearing-impaired rooms were modified to meet code. DKY Architects assisted the owner to obtain County and City approvals and provide support during construction.
