Comprehensive upgrades were made to the lobby of the Hampton Inn & Suites to refresh the lobby spaces and create a new Breakfast dining experience.  The project aesthetically improved the lobby spaces, reworked the registration/check in, converted a meeting room to the hotel gym, and rearranged the existing dining area for a new breakfast pantry, prep kitchen.  A new outdoor patio trellis was added to improve the exterior dining patio. DKY Architects provided architecture, engineering, city approval processing and construction support for the project.
