DKY Architects was challenged to design a new home on a steep downhill lot that would meet the City requirements and maximize the allowable area for the developer client.  The house is composed of different interwoven blocks that progress down the hill. These blocks conform to the terrain and create a unique design statement. The house is designed to minimize the amount of earth removal and fill on the site. Outdoor spaces are created with outdoor decks.
