Red Lion Hotel

DKY Architects and P.D.& A converted a former 380 room full service Holiday Inn into a modern building for the Red Lion Hotel Corporation. The two guestroom buildings were completely renovated and all guestrooms and corridors were upgraded.  The existing single glazed window system was replaced with a new dual glazed storefront system giving the buildings a new modern aesthetic.  The lobby building received a new entry, a redesigned porte-cochère, a new meeting/ballroom, new registration and check-in counter and a new Grab N’ Go. The vehicle entry between the two guest towers was removed to create a new landscaped connector garden.
